BACKPACKS OF HOPE: CHANGING YOUNG LIVES WITH KIDSPAK
On Friday afternoons, when school lets out and backpacks are packed for the weekend, some children face a reality that many of us can hardly imagine: a weekend without enough food. At Weedin Agency, we’ve seen how even small gestures can make a big difference, which is why we’re proud to support KidsPak, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing weekend food bags for students in the Thompson School District, serving Loveland and Berthoud.
Every week, KidsPak’s volunteers pack and deliver nutritious meals to children who rely on school lunches during the week. In 2024 alone, they provided over 27,500 weekend food bags — more than 164,000 meals — helping students return to school on Monday nourished, focused, and ready to learn. Each bag is more than food; it’s care, hope, and a reminder that their community is looking out for them.
This quarter, Weedin Agency is excited to help KidsPak in a special way. For every referral we receive, we will donate $10 to support their mission. There’s no obligation — simply refer a friend, family member, or neighbor for a no-obligation insurance quote, and you’ll help provide food for children who need it most.
