We reached out to the Weedin agency after we filed our first claim with our previous broker/insurance company of 7 years, and they fell flat on their face in all aspects in which they had committed to us. I worked with Roxanne Chagolla and it all went quickly and smoothly. I really appreciated this since I had already spent two days working with other agents with frustrating results. Roxanne was clear in her communication with me and even dropped off my policy and ID card at my house the next day. Super service!

Terrible communication. Forget about you constantly and have plenty of excuses why. My bill went from $125/month to $550/month with no explanation or consent to increase the direct deposit by almost 4x the original agreed upon price. This is absolutely unacceptable. Blindsided by a $550 deduction to my account without notice should be illegal and I can’t believe they can get away with this.

Heather has been a cog in our little wheel here. We feel like she's part of our HOA family! Heather, and other team members, have taken great care of us. She knows what our needs are and is quick to respond. Heather is very easy to work with, and I highly recommend her!
