Unprofessional and completely unequipped for commercial clients. Our business left Weedin Agency on unfavorable terms due to a total lack of communication. We recently had to contact them to resolve an audit from 2024. Just like the other reviews detailing ignored phone calls and constant excuses, we were met with a defensive and condescending attitude. They have improved zero percent over the years. Medium-sized businesses should steer clear; their service capacity stops at simple home and auto insurance (reading some of these reviews that is up for debate). *Their response is a great example of their lack of accountability. It is represented of their culture and our experience thus far.

This business is truly top notch!!! The office environment here is something you dont find in insurance agencies. From Mr. Weedin himself making me feel right at home to the high energy buzz of the office in full motion at 9am. You can tell when things are happening at a place.
As my business continues to grow, my insurance needs have grown right along with it—and these guys have been right there every step of the way.

Gwendolyn was amazing today! I have been with Weedin Agency since my daughter was 2 months old and I bought my first home. She just turned 38! We have been thru our ups and downs over the years . Last month my home owners policy doubled, it raised my house payment 400.00. I had to choose between groceries or medication after making my payment.
Today my “angel “ Gwendolyn was able to find me coverage for my home and auto at almost my previous rate. She was also able to help me start a claim on a very special pendant I lost a few weeks back. I can’t express what her help today means to me. She truly made a difference in my life today, she is amazing! Thank you a million times!!

We reached out to the Weedin agency after we filed our first claim with our previous broker/insurance company of 7 years, and they fell flat on their face in all aspects in which they had committed to us.
We went in skeptical and bitter, but Julia at the Weedin Agency worked tirelessly to gain our trust and build our confidence back in the broker/ insurance relationship. Julia was absolutely amazing with communication throughout the process including coming to us for face to face meetings to ensure we understood all aspects of our coverage needs and seeing everything with her own eyes to assist us in getting what we truly needed without going overboard.
We found out that we were severely under-insured previously and cannot thank Julia, Wendy, and the Weedin Agency enough for their candor, professionalism, and hard work in getting us taken care of so promptly and painlessly.

Terrible communication. Forget about you constantly and have plenty of excuses why. My bill went from $125/month to $550/month with no explanation or consent to increase the direct deposit by almost 4x the original agreed upon price. This is absolutely unacceptable. Blindsided by a $550 deduction to my account without notice should be illegal and I can’t believe they can get away with this.
