Hi, I’m Lisa Nelson, a Licensed Agent with Weedin Agency, proudly serving Northern Colorado. I grew up in Arvada, Colorado, and in 2019 I made the move to NoCo, where I now live in Berthoud, CO. I love being part of this growing, connected community and helping local families and businesses protect what matters most.

I have been a licensed insurance professional since 2017, working with clients to find reliable, customized coverage solutions. Whether it is auto insurance, home insurance, or other personal insurance needs, my focus is always on clear communication and dependable service. I believe insurance should feel straightforward and supportive, not overwhelming.

What excites me most about my work is simply helping people and being of service. I truly enjoy building relationships with our customers and working alongside an incredible team. Our clients and co-workers are what make getting up early each day completely worth it. There is nothing better than knowing you made someone’s day easier or gave them peace of mind about their coverage.

In addition to my insurance license, I am also a Realtor, which gives me valuable insight into the home buying process and helps me better serve clients navigating both real estate and homeowners insurance decisions. I am an active member of the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors and the Colorado Young Professionals Network.

When I am not at work, you can usually find me at home with my husband and our two French Bulldogs, enjoying a quiet evening and recharging for the week ahead.
